uranus
Uranus is the Greek primordial god of the sky and heavens. Uranus is the son and husband of Gaia. Uranus and Gaia are the parents of the first generation of Titans, and the ancestors of most of the Greek gods. Uranus, the seventh planet in the Solar System is named after the Greek god. In the Olympian creation myth, Uranus hated the children that Gaia gave birth to, which are the Titans, the Hekatonkheires, and the Cyclopes. Uranus imprisoned Gaia's youngest children in Tartarus. Gaia made a flint-bladed sickle and asked her sons to castrate Uranus. Only Cronus was able to ambush Uranus and castrate him, causing his severed testicles to fall out into the sea. The Giants, the Erinyes, the Meliae, and according to some sources, the Telchines were born from Uranus' blood. In some sources, Aphrodite was born from Uranus' genitals in the sea. Uranus is simply the sky, held in place by the Titan called Atlas.
